Inside Flow is the evolution of Vinyasa Yoga. Your breath is guided by your movement, synchronized to music. You are in a continuing flow and every asana transforms to another. In this workshop we will be focussing on exactly those transitions. How does one asana transform to the next one? How can we keep the flow elegant, strong and fluent? How flow can you go?
